Information you provide

When you submit a seller or partner inquiry, Starforged Metals receives the contact details, company information, material or opportunity details, and files you choose to provide. Please do not submit government identification, banking credentials, export-controlled information, or other sensitive data through a website form.

How information is used

We use submitted information to evaluate the inquiry, communicate with you, perform counterparty and transaction qualification, prevent abuse, and maintain appropriate business records. Submission does not create a purchase, sale, agency, exclusivity, or other commercial obligation.

Service providers and cross-border review

Website hosting, form handling, analytics, and other service providers may process data on our behalf. Because SFM evaluates international opportunities, relevant inquiry information may be reviewed by authorized personnel or advisers in another country when needed for the proposed transaction.

Retention and choices

We retain inquiry records for as long as reasonably needed for evaluation, compliance, dispute prevention, and legitimate business purposes. You may ask us to correct or delete information, subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements, through the contact form.

Analytics and external links

The site uses Google Analytics to measure traffic and understand page performance. Google may process device and usage information as described in its Privacy Policy. External resources have their own privacy practices; a link does not place those sites under SFM’s control.
